When an international employer wishes to hire Nepali manpower, they submit a detailed job demand letter outlining the required positions, qualifications, salary packages, and working conditions. This document must be officially attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of Nepal in the respective country before it is submitted to the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE) in Nepal for review.
Upon receiving the attested documents, DOFE evaluates them to ensure alignment with Nepalese labor laws and bilateral agreements. Once approved, a pre-approval letter is issued, allowing us to proceed with candidate sourcing and selection.
As part of the legal requirement, the job vacancy is then advertised in local newspapers for at least seven days. Only after this period can visa processing begin, ensuring that all procedures are followed strictly and ethically.
